You must grasp onto the last ounce of love in your heart and hold on.
It is impossible to live your life like other people, when your life is full of suffering. You must instead look for single moments to give you joy. When you find love in a moment, you can then carry that moment with you for days. The secret is to live truly in that special moment. And to truly live in that moment you must have an open heart with love.
Of course, it is not fair that you must have only moments, but life may not always be fair. But how you choose to react to the unfairness is up to you. Love is the most healing power in the world, so perhaps it is a good choice to choose love.
