Happy New Year

Though it be sung of old and young,  the song “Auld Lang Syne”  doth send us comfort as we dance into the year that awaits.  In trust, we  walketh towards the drawbridge of the New Year.  Thy cloak hath been always true to the wear, but now you must cast this cloak aside.   Then clothed in new array, we shall ride to that yonder place together.

As the New Year descends upon Camelot and the Knights of the Pain Table, your humble King Arthur does honour each Knight for their courage, their faith, their compassion and their love.  You make your King and Queen proud.

All of Camelot wishes thee a “Happy New Year” and shall ride with thee into the New Year.

An old Scotch tune, “Auld Lang Syne” literally means “old long ago,” or simply, “the good old days.”  At least partially written by Robert Burns in the 1700′s, it was first published in 1796 after Burns’ death.
