Knights of the Pain Table

A Camelot for Sufferers of Chronic Pain

A Christmas Prayer for Thee as Camelot Prepares for the Holy Night

A Christmas Prayer

This night is born of love. To those who doth celebrate this special night, the star doth guide our humble hertes. Celestial musik doth play.

As we sommon up remembrances of things past, we thinketh of those who are not by our side. Those we still love now breathe heaven’s sweetest ayre, as they decorate heaven’s trees with tinsel and mirth. We still miss their beating hertes.

Gould candles doth burn and remind us of the light from a blessed Child that was born many man years ago. In Camelot tonight let us say this prayer together.

A Christmas Prayer for Thee

by Robert Louis Stevenson

Loving Father,
Help us remember the birth of Jesus,
that we may share in the song of the angels,
the gladness of the shepherds,
and worship of the wise men.

Close the door of hate
and open the door of love all over the world.
Let kindness come with every gift
and good desires with every greeting.
Deliver us from evil by the blessing
which Christ brings,
and teach us to be merry with clear hearts.

May the Christmas morning
make us happy to be thy children,
and Christmas evening bring us to our beds
with grateful thoughts,
forgiving and forgiven,
for Jesus’ sake.

Let us now decorate the Christmas Tree with the sweetest ornaments of beauty and truth.

A Blessed Christmas to Everyone.
