So You Think You Can Dance -Alex Wong with a Dance of Salvation

Alex Wong

“It is of course possible to dance a prayer.”
~Terri Guillemets

Amidst the rain of the deep tragedy of suffering, the darkness doth blind us.  The raging rivers cling to our skin to drag us down towards a spiritual death.  The strength within we findeth to fight the darkest of forces. We see another soul like us and we reach out in desperation so that we are not alone.

Each step is hindered by the heaviest of loads.  We try to escape but it is futile.  All seems lost and we convulse in fear.  Then with humility we surrender to the force and acceptance commences.  It is then we see the illumination of the light.  We have found salvation.

Watch Alex Wong and Allison Holker on “So You Think You Can Dance”.

Alex Wong and his amazing partner, Allison Holker didst dance to the song “Hallelujah” by Jeff Buckley.  The dancing sculptress,  Sonya Tayeh,  moulded their moves so brilliantly.  This moment of transcendence we thanketh you all.

Hello Amy,I was very sad to read about your sister being in hopastil. It isn’t nice to be in pain and wanting it to stop.I hope Katie is able to feel better soon so she can be home with the people she loves. That would be a wonderful Christmas gift.Ross Mannell (teacher)NSW, Australia
